| Born in Brookline Massachusetts, Howard Shore
has been creating visual effects for film and television since 1982.
His first motion picture - "The Man Who Saw Tomorrow",
featured Orson Welles in one of his final screen performances. In his
twenty-two years as a professional in the visual effects field, Howard
has worked with visual effects greats John Dykstra, Richard Edlund, Boyd
Shermis, and Tom Boland as well as such notable directors as Joel Schumacher
- "Batman Forever", Roland Emmerich - "Stargate",
Dan Curry - "Star Trek The Next Generation", James
Burrows - "Cheers" and the infamous Roger Corman
- "Future Kick". While Howard continues to work on
projects both as a 3d animator and visual effects artist, he also teaches
animation and modeling at several local Southern California Colleges and
Universities. |
